Being a wedding photographer means I get to see some fantastic personal moments in people’s lives.
Mitchell and Katy really lucked out with a beautiful spring-like day at the stylish Lains Barn near Oxford. Lains Barn is a beautifully restored listed barn in Oxfordshire. It’s perfect for weddings, parties and private events and even better as a backdrop for a wedding photographer. Find out more here >
Mitchell and Katy asked me to be part of their day quite early in the year. Travelling over to the venue was a breeze. I hadn’t known it was so easy to get to from both Cheltenham and London. Because of this, I decided to visit the venue a few days before the wedding. This was to scope it out and make sure I knew all the best spots for photographs. Once I completed my research I knew I’d be able to give the couple the documentary-style photography they wanted.
Much fun was had by all. Here are a few shots from the day…
The surroundings of Lains Barn is great for natural outdoor shots.
