A family-run exclusive use wedding venue in the heart of the countryside, Dewsall emanates an authentic romance that you simply can’t manufacture; a beautiful yet eclectic home, perfect for couples in search of a private party house within which to celebrate their nuptials with their nearest and dearest.
Tucked away in the heart of the countryside amidst beautifully manicured grounds, this historic family home is ideal for newlyweds looking for an elegant wedding venue with plenty of character – great for bohemian weddings and traditional country weddings alike. A Grade II listed country house with wow-factor gardens, including a lake and arboretum, plus a rustic-chic Wainhouse where you can create the wedding breakfast of your dreams, the wedding photography opportunities here are endless.
On a wonderful Autumn day in October, I was lucky enough to be chosen as wedding photographer to Tom and Lou at Dewsall Court. Elegance with a classic, rustic countryside wedding feel was the order of the day, shown through the gents’ classic morning suits, Lou’s beautiful long-sleeved lace overlay dress and the stunning floral arrangements; a mix of autumnal foliage, berries and deep reds and pinks, perfectly complementing the Autumnal feel of the day.
Tom and Lou were a fantastic amount of fun, something that really shines through the wedding photography from their big day, with a mixture of candid and laughter-filled shots of the newlyweds, bridal party and guests. A real pleasure to shoot, Dewsall’s stunning grounds filled with the reds and golds of Autumn leaves offered the perfect backdrop to this Autumn wedding.
